2.1 Refunds
All purchases are non-refundable.
2.2 Contact After Purchase
Customers will be contacted within 48 hours of purchasing:
- Memorial Booklets
- Audio & Visual Memorial Services
2.3 Memorial Booklets
Providing Information
When contacted, you may provide the required information:
- by email, or
- by phone or Zoom call, arranged at a mutually convenient time.
Photographs for the memorial booklet or for a video memorial service must be supplied by email.
Use of Photographs
Photographs will be used solely for creating your memorial booklet or for use in a video memorial service.
They will not be stored by Direct Remembrance after completion.
Production & Delivery
- Ten printed memorial booklets will be produced and dispatched within 7 working days of receiving all required information.
- Delivery outside the UK may take longer.
- A free PDF copy of the booklet will be emailed to you for printing additional copies if desired.
2.4 Audio & Visual Memorial Services
Providing Information
Information will be gathered:
- by email, or
- by phone or Zoom call, arranged at a mutually convenient time.
Service Content
Your memorial service will include:
- Three chosen music pieces
- Two chosen readings
- A personalised eulogy written by Direct Remembrance
- A prayer can be included if requested
Delivery
The completed service recording will be delivered by email within 7 working days after all required information is provided.
Usage
You are free to share the final recording with others.
